All our products are hand made to very high standards in our modern, custom designed production facility. We have a full HACCP and systems, with Recall Procedures and facilities in place. We actively maintain a stringent food safety policy that is strictly followed by all of our employees, all of whom are trained to high national standards in food hygiene. We are SALSA accredited and audited every 12 months.
